Bear Technologies Corporations' Commercial DSL Service is a business class symmetric (SDSL) service offering the same data rates for upstream and downstream traffic.  SDSL is a similar technology to ADSL which supports different data rates for upstream and downstream.  ADSL is primarily considered a residential class of service and is currently the only service offered by the incumbent phone companies, for both business and residential customers.  SDSL is a higher grade of DSL delivered over a dedicated phone circuit, it is NOT shared with an existing phone line eliminating the need of phone splitters.  We are so confident with the quality of our Commercial DSL service that we stand behind it with a Service Level Agreement.  An SLA is an agreement which provides for monetary credits if specified service levels are not maintained.  MOST DSL providers, do NOT provide an SLA.

The initial contract is one year with an install time of within 30 days.  Payments are monthly.

The service comes with one static IP Address and 10 free e-mail accounts.  An additional 15 emails accounts (25 total) can be purchased for an additional $9.95 per month.

The speed your company will qualify for is dependant upon many factors, distance from central office, quality of available circuits, etc.  We will pre-qualify you based on your address and phone number, however, we cannot guarantee speeds or even if service is available until installation.  If we are unable to deliver the speed you requested based on pre-qualification, you may cancel the service with no penalty.
