These indicators show the relative health of various aspects
of our network. Please note that we have NO maintenance window in our
monitoring. All devices are monitored every 5 minutes 24 hours per day 365
days per year. If a piece of equipment is rebooted at 3 am in the morning,
it affects this report. This report reflects cumulative status for each 24
hour period beginning at midnight CST. As a result, a RED
alarm is not necessarily indicative of a CURRENT issue. For example, if we
had an outage at 2am for 30 minutes, a RED alarm
could still exist at 8am. The alarm will not be upgraded until such time
that the percentage of uptime for the entire day is reached.
